Your mobsters generate passive income by owning Territories. In the basis you have to buy plots of land on which you can then build developments. Each plot of land and each development earns you a bit of passive income. The more you own the more you earn!
Costs for a plot or development increase the more you own, so the cost-benefit ratio for each of the options will change over time depending on how much you have bought.
You receive your income once every hour on the hour.
Plots of land are the different types of terrain you can own. Each plot is empty when bought, but still gives you a small passive income.
The different plots are:

Developments are real estate built on top of plots of land you own. Each development can only be built on a specific plot type. So you’ll have to make sure you own the relevant plot before building the development. Developments generate a lot more income than the plots they are built upon. Because you are filling the plot, you will lose the income from the bare blot.
